Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy covers bryanlabs.net, its public infrastructure endpoints, and the tools BryanLabs operates for its own use. Some services have their own policy, such as the Snapshots Privacy Policy. Where a service has its own policy, that policy applies to that service.

2. Information We Collect

• Server and request logs: IP address, user agent, requested path, and timestamps, including requests to public RPC, REST, and gRPC endpoints.
• Account details if you sign in: email address, display name, or wallet address, as provided by the sign-in method you choose.
• Privacy-friendly usage statistics from a self-hosted, cookieless analytics service, and page performance measurements.
• Cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember your theme preference. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

3. How We Use Information

We use this information to run, secure, and improve our services, to prevent abuse, and to respond to you. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Google User Data

BryanLabs runs internal tools that connect to Google APIs, such as Google Drive, to store and retrieve its own encrypted backups. These tools are not offered to the public and connect only to accounts that BryanLabs owns.

• Data from Google APIs is used only for that purpose: writing, listing, and restoring the owner's backup files.
• It is not sold, shared with third parties, used for advertising, or used to train AI or machine learning models.
• Backup contents are encrypted before they are uploaded.
• Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Sharing

We run our own infrastructure. We share information only when required by law, or to protect our services and users from abuse.

6. Retention and Security

Logs are kept only as long as needed for operations and security, then deleted. Account data is kept while your account exists. We protect data with access controls, encryption in transit, and encrypted backups.

7. Your Choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information about you by emailing hello@bryanlabs.net.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
