By using bryanlabs.net or any BryanLabs public service, including public RPC, REST, and gRPC endpoints, you agree to these Terms. Some services have their own terms, such as the Snapshots Terms of Service, which apply to that service in addition to these.

You agree not to:

• Overload, disrupt, or attack our services or networks.
• Get around rate limits, access controls, or authentication.
• Use our services for anything unlawful.
• Resell or redistribute access to our services without permission.

We may rate limit, block, or suspend access that breaks these rules or puts our services at risk.

3. Availability

Public services are provided free of charge unless a separate agreement says otherwise. We may change, limit, or discontinue any service at any time.

4. No Warranty

Services and data, including blockchain data, are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. You are responsible for checking data before relying on it, including for transactions, tax reporting, or node operations.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BryanLabs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, funds, or profits, arising from your use of our services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
